Contest Guidelines

Below are the terms and conditions for the Professional Tree Health Care, LLC. ("myplantcare.com" or "PTHC") $25 Gift Certificate Giveaway.

1. Overview. Each week we conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. We notify the weekly winner by email. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner at random. Our decisions are final. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive. No purchase is required and purchasing will not increase your chance of winning.
   
   
2. Prize. The winners will receive, by email, a $25 Gift Certificate to use for any tree service we offer. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes related to the prize. By accepting the prize, winners grant us permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.
   
   
3. General rules. The drawing is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. It is void where prohibited by law. Participants agree that PTHC and it's agents are not liable for any loss, liability, injury or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, prize redemption or use of the prize. We reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change or cancel the promotion at any time. This promotion is governed by the laws of West Virginia the federal and state courts of West Virginia shall have sole jurisdiction.
